It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered we will offer you a refund of the cost of goods, less the shipping charges, or the opportunity to pay for re-shipping.
Please note we do not verify addresses; our shipping is handled automatically based on the details you enter when placing your order. We use USPS for most orders. We only use UPS when the order weight is over 25lb or if you would like to request overnight shipping (at an extra cost).
We will do our best to pack your order in a secure manner and every product is dispatched from our premises in first class condition. We can not be held responsbile for any damge caused during shipping but we will do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.
All of our products are sold “as is” and we do not accept returns due to a customer “not liking” a product. Please check the photos and descriptions to ensure you are ordering exactly what you want.
